The Journal of Deep Intelligence and Computing (JDIC) is a fully open access, peer-reviewed international journal. All articles published in JDIC are made immediately and permanently available worldwide upon publication, without subscription fees, registration requirements, or access barriers.

Open Access Policy

  • Everyone has free and unlimited access to the full text of all articles published in JDIC.

  • Everyone is free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles.

  • Published material may be reused, shared, and adapted, provided the original work is properly cited and accredited.

  • Open access publication is supported through Article Processing Charges (APCs), where applicable.

There are no subscription fees, paywalls, or embargo periods.


Permissions and Reuse

No special permission is required to reuse all or part of articles published in JDIC, including figures, tables, and supplementary materials, provided that the original work is properly cited.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original author(s) and source are credited and any changes are indicated.

Reuse of published content does not imply endorsement by the authors or the journal. Authors may freely deposit and share submitted, accepted, and published versions of their manuscripts in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites.


Meaning of Open Access

In accordance with the Budapest, Berlin, and Bethesda Declarations, JDIC defines open access as follows:

  • Peer-reviewed research literature is freely available without subscription or price barriers.

  • Articles are published in open access format immediately upon acceptance, with no embargo period.

  • Published material may be reused without obtaining permission, provided correct citation to the original publication is given.

This policy complies with the open access requirements of Scopus, IEEE, DOAJ, and other major indexing and abstracting services.


Copyright and Licensing

Authors publishing in JDIC retain full copyright to their work.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows sharing and adaptation of the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given.


Use of Third-Party Material

Some articles may include figures, tables, or other content from third-party sources for which the journal or authors do not hold copyright. Such material is clearly identified, and reuse may require permission from the original copyright holder.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

JDIC operates under a transparent APC model to support editorial processing, peer review, production, online hosting, and long-term digital archiving.

When a manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay Article Processing Charges (APC) to cover its editorial and production costs. 

The current APC, subject to VAT or local taxes where applicable, is: $0.00
